An experienced trainer and facilitator; I have delivered training on a variety of topics throughout the UK and Europe for groups from 5 to 50.
I am comfortable delivering entertaining lectures using powerpoint, but I am also skilled in facilitating group discussion, utilising active, experiental learning techniques.

Apart from teaching creative writing in adult education classes and also through distance learning, I have also trained health professionals such as Sure Start workers, Children’s centre workers, nursery nurses, midwives, health visitors, nurses, and other support workers.
I currently teach the NCT diploma in breastfeeding counselling for University of Bedfordshire – this involves teaching counselling skills, group facilitation skills, personal development and breastfeeding support skills.
Through my working partnership with Lemonlimetraining, www.lemonlimetraining.co.uk we are able to offer several comprehensive packages, including early parenting courses, writing for profit, facilitating adult learning.

Without telling us what to do Caroline gave a lot of evidence based advice. It raised many dilemmas but gave us enough information to help inform our plans for early parenthood.
Loved all of Caroline’s down to earth views and opinions especially as all backed up with the latest research.
Good interaction with others and partner- really good made you think.
Caroline’s information was really helpful. I have purchased her book to have a good read of.
I now really understand babies sleeping cycle and the importance of movement and touch to a baby.
Excellent speaker- very knowledgeable inspires confidence.
Again, this was a great session. Great to get breadth of views backed up by research- this is something you don’t get through antenatal classes.
Challenged our preconceptions over having a baby in bed and breastfeeding. Has hopefully given us the self confidence to enjoy these times with the baby.
Very precise presentation. Gave us facts and very useful information. Wish we had read her book earlier.
